Welcome to the brand journey of a product designer who transitioned from customer experience to problem-solving.
My name is Michelle Okello, a product designer hailing from Nairobi, Kenya. Clients require exceptional encounters with each interaction– this is where I step in. As a User Experience Designer, it's my duty to offer remarkable services. For the past 2 years, I have been immersed in this field and cherished every moment. Tackling challenges and devising profitable strategies has become a true passion of mine. Naturally, this blossomed into a career, leading me to my current position. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and engaging in trivia contests.
The following is my user journey.
I am passionate about creating products that not only look beautiful but solve real-world problems for people. My journey began when i realised that i wanted to do more, I had a strong passion for helping people and sketching, so aesthetics and products that looked good wasn't enough. I needed to shift my focus to User centered design and problem-solving.
With this new mindset, I began to immerse Myself in the world of customer experience. spent time talking to customers, understanding their pain points and what they really needed from the products they used. This gave me a deeper understanding of what it takes to create products that truly make a difference in people's lives.
